Since this board covers Aamerican TV animation up to the 1990s, and since sydicated and Fox cartoons were a major part of the scene at the time, can we discuss them as well as the "Big Three" network cartoons?

Can't imagine why not. By 1996, CBS and NBC were out of the traditional Sat AM game. NBC did crappy live-action E/I since the Prostars/Wishkid days. CBS switched to mediocre talking animal toons in 1997.
